Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Virax ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use or access this service.
The Service is owned and operated by Virax. These Terms of Service govern your use of the service, including any content, functionality, and services offered.
Use of Service
Permitted Uses
- Analyze your social media post content for viral potential
- Use our predictions to improve your content strategy
- Save and review your analysis history
- Share insights within your organization or team
Prohibited Uses
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our algorithms
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Submit content that violates social media platform terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated tools to spam our service
User Responsibilities / Acceptable Use
You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for compliance with applicable laws and platform rules; the ViraX Score is provided as guidance only and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of results.
ViraX Score Explanation
The ViraX Score (0–100) represents the expected performance percentile of your content compared to a benchmark of comparable posts on the same platform and format. A score of 72 means we expect your content to perform better than approximately 72% of similar content, under broadly comparable conditions. For this comparison to be meaningful, "comparable" refers to content sharing key context such as platform (e.g., LinkedIn vs X), format (post, thread, caption), language, and intended objective (e.g., engagement vs clicks). Where available, we may also apply normalization factors (for example, audience-size ranges or content category) to improve fairness and reduce bias toward larger accounts. The ViraX Score is a pre-publication guidance metric. It is designed to help you evaluate and improve clarity, structure, and engagement potential, and it is provided alongside explanations and recommendations that highlight the main factors influencing the score. We continuously monitor and periodically recalibrate our scoring approach to maintain a consistent relationship between score and relative performance over time.
User Accounts
To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Credits and Payments
Credit System
- New users receive 1,000 free credits upon account creation
- Each analysis typically costs 100 credits
- Credits do not expire but are non-transferable
- Additional credits can be purchased through our payment system
Payments and Billing
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Charges are made immediately upon credit purchase
- All sales are final - no refunds for unused credits
- Prices may change with reasonable notice
Your Content and Data
You retain all rights to the content you submit to our service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your content to provide our service.
Data Usage
- We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our algorithms
- Your specific content is never shared with third parties
- You can delete your account and associated data at any time
- We comply with applicable data protection laws
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance and updates
- Technical issues or server problems
- Third-party service interruptions
- Force majeure events
We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.
Disclaimers and Limitations
Important: Our predictions are estimates based on algorithms and historical data.

- We do not guarantee that following our advice will result in viral content
- Social media algorithms and user behavior can change unpredictably
- Results may vary based on your audience, industry, and timing
Score Disclaimer
Any scores, predictions, or recommendations provided by ViraX (including the ViraX Score) are informational and comparative only. They do not guarantee virality, reach, engagement, revenue, or any specific outcome, as real-world performance depends on external factors beyond our control (including platform algorithm changes, audience behavior, timing, and market conditions).
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:
- Your access to the service will be immediately suspended
- Unused credits will be forfeited (no refunds)
- Your account data may be deleted after a reasonable notice period
- You may request a data export before account deletion
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or through our service. Continued use of the service after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Virax operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
